We require certain personal information for legitimate reasons such as names, addresses, contact numbers and emails as well as payment details.  The information is given by you and MBSS will not collect data on you that you have not agreed to.

 

This information is stored on secure servers, which is encrypted and password protected, secured in a locked room, in an alarmed building (out of normal working hours) next to our 24/7 control centre.

 

We collect this information for legitimate reasons to ensure that we can conduct the services which you have asked us to do in a timely manner and to the best of our ability. 

 

In addition we collect it:

 

to prepare confidential reports as requested

to maintain financial accounts information and auditable records;

to support and manage our internal employees;

to inform you about changes to our service and products;

Who might we share your information with?

 

Information is only shared with authorised client(s) for the performance of any contract we enter into with them and where a legitimate reason for the processing of this data is required.

 

To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of MBSS assets, in which personal information held by MBSS is among the assets transferred.

 

To our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business or collaborate with and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes of providing services for or with us.

 

To comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

Data retention

 

MBSS may hold some of your data for up to six years.  This is held for accounting purposes. Where individual personal data collected is no longer needed for financial, taxation or auditability reasons, this data will be deleted.

Information can be accessed through a formal data access request, in writing to MBSS at anytime.

 

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please contact us at or write to us at the address provided at the bottom of this policy.

 

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect, following formal confirmation of your identity.

Credit Card Data

 

MBSS does not collect or store credit card details.
